Meet the Team

Heather, Head Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Assistant

My duties include assisting Dr. McGrade with dental procedures.  I’ve been with Dr. McGrade’s office since 1999. My favorite thing about dentistry is providing excellent care to our patients. The thing I like best about working with Dr. McGrade is her genuine care and concern for her patients.  We have a blast working together. I’m a native of Los Angeles, CA. I have lived in Dallas since 1992.  In my free time, I like spending time with family and friends, boating, being at the lake, cooking, BBQ’s and watching sports.  Go Eagles!

 

Seleena, Registered Dental Assistant

My duties include assisting Dr. McGrade with dental procedures. I have been with Dr. McGrade since 2006. My favorite thing about dentistry is helping our patients with their dental needs. The thing I like most about working with Dr. McGrade is her passion for helping others. I am a native of Paris, Texas but have lived in Frisco for 13 years. In my free time I like spending time with my family and friends and running my two kids to their various sport activities

 

Jaclyn, Front Office Assistant

My duties include verifying insurance and assisting with the front office. I have been with Dr. McGrade since October 2008. I have over 14 years of experience in the dental field. My favorite thing in dentistry is working with great patients. What I like best about working with Dr. McGrade is her down to earth personality. I'm a native of Plano, Texas. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my children, watching Lost and the Dallas Cowboys

Angela, Registered Dental Hygienist

My duties are to maintain oral health, provide preventitive care and educate our patients about their overall oral hygiene. I have been with Dr. McGrade since 2007. My favorite thing about dentistry is the relationships I build with my patients. I enjoy working with Dr McGrade because she creates a family oriented environment for us. I am originally from Bossier City, Louisiana. I have lived in Plano for 3 years. I enjoy spending time with my Great Dane Rufus, visiting my family and friends and renting movies.

 

Ky, Registered Dental Hygienist

My duties include cleaning teeth, take x-rays, and patient education.  I’ve been with Dr. McGrade’s office since 1996. My favorite thing about dentistry is helping people maintain good oral health. The thing I like best about working with Dr. McGrade is her fun personality.  I’m a native of Phom Penh Cambodia.  I have lived in Carrollton, TX since 1985.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family.

 

 

Vicki, Office Manager

My duties include managing the front office.  I’ve been with Dr. McGrade’s office since 1999. My favorite thing about dentistry is the patients. The thing I like best about working with Dr. McGrade is having such a great boss!  I’m a native of Washington. I have lived in Texas since 1999.  In my free time, I like spending time with Abby and Buddy my miniature Dachsunds, walking, biking, and talking on the phone to friends and family.
